Pet Drive Through Convenience

Everyone is talking about the weather, and winter is not over yet. Remember that Northeast Veterinary Hospital has your pet's best interest at heart even down to keeping each one warm and dry. The large portico (drive through) at the front of the hospital was designed to allow you to safely move your pet inside NEVH without anyone being exposed to inclement weather.

Keep Your Pets Warm

The phones are ringing off the hooks at Northeast Veterinary Hospital with questions about pets and the outside temperature. This unusually cold weather we are experiencing in the deep South is inhospitable for pets living outside. With these severe low temperatures, pets need to be inside in warm, protected environments. Staying outside is not an option unless pets are housed in a heated area with warm, dry bedding and protection from the wind and any precipitation. Yes, they possess their own fur coats, but these are dangerous, extreme temperatures for our area.

Many families are choosing to board their pets during the extreme weather, and this is certainly an option. You are responsible for your pets so please plan ahead. We are ready to assist you in whatever way we can.
